4.      Define Job order Production.

·        The project is manufactured after the order received form the customer e.g ship building , aircraft etc,

·        In this production type, raw material, men and machine are brought to a particular place

 

5.      Define Routing.

Routing is defined as the deciding the path of movement of material during the process of production

7.      Explain Critical Path Method(CPM)

Critical path method is a network diagram, it is used to find the critical path, put our efforts to complete critical activities in time.

11.   Define First Piece inspection

In first piece off inspection, the first product is machined and then the product is inspected. If all dimensions are correct routine production is started

12.   Define Route sheet.

Route sheet shows the flow of initial stage of raw material  to final finished product inside the plant
